The HSJ Clinical Leaders list, now in its third year, highlights those leaders whose clinical background enhances the work they do and those who have either made a significant impact on health service policy, healthcare delivery or medical/clinical advance in the last 12 months – or are likely to do so in the next 12 months.
Carl Heneghan is SPCR Lead in the Nuffield Department for Primary Care Health Sciences at the University of Oxford. He is Professor of Evidence Based Medicine, Director of the Centre for Evidence Based Medicine in Oxford and General Practitioner.

In it, she called for more funding and much greater emphasis on mental health and wellbeing. The report also suggested the introduction of waiting time targets." (HSJ, 6 July 2015) Read more.
