SPCR doctoral student Jamie Hartmann-Boyce is leading a team of researchers at the University of Oxford in a study to learn more about the strategies that people use when they are trying to lose weight.

By understanding which strategies are associated with success, researchers hope to develop more effective guidance and advice for health professionals advising people on how to reach their weight-loss goals.
