Impact 2006 - 2016
The School celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2016 and has since collected and analysed metrics relating to the impact of commissioned research over the decade. The impact review was conducted to demonstrate to our stakeholders that research is achieving the aims and objectives set out in our business plan. Our future work
There are a number of potential impact metrics that will require further research, such as economic impact and the impact of public involvement, trainee research projects (which started with the first cohort in 2010) and trainee career trajectory. Such metrics would require further and more time intensive work, and are likely to be recommended as a second phase of this impact report.
