About the speaker

Rachael Moses, is a Consultant Respiratory Physiotherapist and works nationally for NHS England as a Clinical Advisor in Respiratory as well as Head of Clinical Leadership Development with the NHS Leadership Academy.  Rachael will be discussing how to use your clinical passions and interests to help evaluate services, particularly when you feel there are gaps in provision or areas where improvements in patient care is needed.  Rachael will use examples where she has led small and larger service improvements for her patient groups.
