PACT (Primary Care Academic CollaboraTive) is a UK-wide network of enthusiastic primary care health professionals that collectively design and take part in well thought out research that seeks to improve patient care.

The collaborative, based at the Centre for Academic Primary Care, University of Bristol, is running its first national call for grassroots research projects with a Dragons' Den-style workshop for the finalists at the RCGP Annual Conference.

The SPCR is covering conference registration fees for the presenters who choose to pitch their projects to the dragons.

Dr Polly Duncan, PACT Committee member and early career GP and researcher, said: "Everyone can be involved in PACT – no matter how little time or research experience you might have. Working together, each doing a small amount, we can achieve great things."

To learn more about how to apply, what the committee are looking for, and what makes a good project, see the PACT website

The closing date for applications is 22 November 2020.
