The Primary Care and Population Sciences Department at the University of Southampton held the 2018 Primary Mental Health Conference on 11 April.

Keynote speakers included Keele University's Carolyn Chew-Graham 'Co-morbid anxiety and depression in physical conditions and UCL's Irwin Nazareth gave the second keynote 'Mental health and pregnancy'. With SPCR presentations from Tony Kendrick 'Reviewing long-term anti-depressant use by careful monitoring in everyday practice (REDUCE) programme and Peter Bower 'Enhancing telephone psychological therapy in IAPT: The EQUITY programme grant.'
