Evidence Synthesis Training and Capacity Development
The key objective for the ESWG group to provide training, build capacity and propagate best practice in conducting systematic reviews and evidence synthesis.
We plan to do this by creating a number of capacity building activities:
- Short courses in complex evidence synthesis.
- Utilise expertise across the working group to provide a research design service for complex evidence synthesis protocols, particularly for early career researchers applying for further funding.
- Advertise opportunities, across the SPCR, for early career researchers e.g. doctoral students, early post-doctoral students, academic clinical fellows to join existing project teams to provide added value from the exposure.
