Find out how to use your strengths to engage and influence others, including learning which strengths to use in different situations.

This 30-minute pre-recorded webinar will be premiered on the NIHRtv YouTube channel and viewers will be able to watch and experience the video together in real time and ask questions for a live response.

The content explores the model of realised and unrealised strengths, learned behaviours, and weaknesses. It is suitable for the whole NIHR community, whether researchers, or clinical research partner organisations.
