The Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) Research Paper of the Year in the Primary Care, Public Health, Service Delivery and Musculoskeletal category, was awarded to researchers from the Universities of Manchester, Keele and Southampton this year. Their paper 'Implementation of self management support for long term conditions in routine primary care settings: cluster randomised controlled trial' was published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ) earlier this year and the award presented to Anne Kennedy at the RCGP Annual Conference on 2 October.
