James Sheppard recently won the Alberto Ferrari prize for best poster at the 2013 European Society for Hypertension and Cardiovascular Protection Annual Meeting in June. His poster 'Is it safe to wake up?' is based on his SPCR research award 'Defining the prognostic value of the morning blood pressure surge in clinical practice'.
