Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement
Patient and Public Involvement, and Public Engagement are integral to the School's research and capacity development activities and informed by the National Institute for Health Research policy on patient involvement and the National Co-ordinating Centre for Public Engagement. The School funds high quality primary and secondary research in order to fulfill our commitment to developing effective involvement and engagement activities. Patients, mental health service users, carers, and members of the public with an interest in primary care research are encouraged and supported to work in partnership with researchers on projects carried out across the NIHR School for Primary Care Research.
