Professor Carolyn Chew-Graham, OBE, FRCGP will be giving the RCGP James Mackenzie Lecture on Thursday 16 November 2023 at 17:00 – 17:45.  

The lecture will be about ‘The importance of listening’ 

"Listening to patients (in consultations), colleagues (in a range of teams), and listening to participants (people with lived experience of ill health and healthcare practitioners) in qualitative studies and how this qualitative work can lead to 'impact'."
