The QNI’s Community Nursing Research Forum's next webinar is taking place on Thursday 13th July, 1pm - 2pm. The title is Using quality improvement and audits to enhance care with Dr Carolyn Lees.

This presentation on quality improvement in healthcare will begin with a contextual overview of why quality improvement is essential in healthcare environments, defining what it means and considering the principles of embedding it into clinical practice. There will be an exploration of the different approaches to QI including audit and service evaluation with key tips on how to get started, where to get support from and finally some examples of QI projects will be provided for discussion.
