A previous study conducted by the Centre of Evidence-Based Medicine systematically indexed 24 withdrawn anorexigenics that should not be available for sale in various legislations. However, previously conducted studies have shown that search engines display prescription-only medicines for sale without prescription. Therefore, there is reason to believe that even withdrawn medicines are sold via online sources. We will attempt to systematically purchase these 24 anorexigenics and analyse them chemically, physically and visually.

Amount awarded: £10,962
