This 60-minute webinar explores the essential “T&Cs” that underpin exceptional team dynamics. It will help you cultivate these qualities by deepening your awareness, fostering psychological safety and practicing safe, collaborative conflict. 

By attending you will: 

  • understand team performance and assess where your team is
  • explore what true inclusion looks like and ways to embed it
  • reflect on what your best looks like and how preferences impact others
  • discover strategies for managing conflict and building psychological safety, to enhance team performance
